1. Data Collection & AccessQuickBooks Data: Our Application accesses specific financial data (e.g., invoices, expenses, or customer lists) from your QuickBooks Online account. We only access the data points necessary to perform the functions you authorize.Account Information: We collect your name, email address, and company name to create and manage your account.
2. How We Use Your Data
We have a strict "Service-Only" data policy. We use your information exclusively for:Service Delivery: Executing the core functions of the Application (e.g., syncing data, generating reports).Internal Project Management: Improving the Application’s performance, debugging technical issues, and managing our internal development roadmap to better serve you.Support: Responding to your inquiries and providing technical assistance.
3. Data Protection (No Sale of Data) No Commercial Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. No External Use: Your data is never used outside of the scope of servicing your account and our internal project management.Service Providers: We may use secure sub-processors (like encrypted cloud hosting) solely to host the Application. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data in transit between QuickBooks and our Application. Access to data internally is restricted to authorized personnel only for the purposes of maintenance and support.
5. User Control
You maintain full control over your data. You can revoke our access to your QuickBooks account at any time through your Intuit App Settings. Upon request, we will delete your account data from our internal systems.
